A man who allegedly breached public health orders by travelling from Greater Sydney has been arrested in Civic for drug possession.

The 36-year-old from Carramar has been charged with failing to comply with directions from the chief medical officer and drug offences following his arrest at 1.50am on Sunday.
Police allege the man refused to stop his car when directed to do so, while driving down Bunda Street in the city.
According to police, the man then drove into Tocumwal Lane before abandoning his car and running into Petrie Plaza.
The man from Sydney's western suburbs was arrested after police pursued him through the plaza on foot.
IN COVID-19 NEWS:
Police said when they later searched the man at the ACT Watch House he was found to be in possession of a substance suspected of being cocaine.
The man is alleged to have travelled from the heart of the COVID-19 outbreak in Sydney's west.
While there are currently no active cases in Carramar itself, there are active cases in several neighbouring suburbs, including Cabramatta, Fairfield and Old Guildford.
The Sydney man will also be charged with failing to stop a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of stolen property, when he appears in the ACT Magistrates Court on Monday.
