Greater Melbourne's lockdown has been extended following 20 new COVID-19 cases.
Meanwhile, from Wednesday at 4pm, people from the Cairns Regional Council and Yarrabah Aboriginal Shire Council were no longer subject to stay-at-home orders.
ACT Health has also told anyone who was in the Dubbo Regional Council area from 11.59pm on August 1 to 11.59pm on August 5 to get a COVID-19 test and isolate until they receive a negative result.
NSW health authorities have sent Dubbo into a snap one-week lockdown after a woman and child tested positive to COVID-19.
Quarantine requirements are currently in place for anyone entering the ACT from several NSW regional council areas, including Dubbo, after 11.59pm on August 5.
Greater Melbourne
The stay-at-home order applies to travellers who have spent any time in greater Melbourne on or after August 5.
Those travellers will be required to stay-at-home until August 19, or 14 days after they left the region.
ACT Health said it would directly contact people to advise when they have been released from the stay-at-home requirement.
