Goodstart Early Learning Turner has also identified as a close-contact site on August 11 from 10.20am to 10.40am and again from 5pm to 5.30pm.
Deputy chief health officer Vanessa Johnston confirmed that the COVID-19 case at the childcare centre was not a child.
Dr Johnston said the case was as concerning as the school exposure sites that have been recorded, "that you can have a scenario where a lot of people are exposed".
"Because it's an early childhoood centre, the amount of physical distancing that the staff can do at that centre can be limited, so it is one of the sites we are concerned about," Dr Johnston said.
She said ACT Health would watch the site closely.
The Greenway Views retirement village has also been listed as a close-contact site from August 10 to 15.
The Tuggeranong aged care facility was plunged into lockdown after an aged care worker tested positive and worked three shifts while unknowingly infectious.
The shifts were between August 10 and 12. The worker developed symptoms last Friday and was tested.
The facility had not been previously listed on the publicly available exposure sites, as authorities were confident records captured everyone who had attended.
Chief health officer Dr Kerryn Coleman said on Wednesday all residents and staff on site had returned negative results.
The light rail between Gungahlin and the Dickson interchange has also been identified as a risk at specific times from August 10 to August 12.
The route 9 bus between Watson and the Dickson interchange on August 11 has also been identified at specific times in the morning and afternoon.

Anyone who has attended close contact venues at the times specified must quarantine, get tested for COVID-19 and remain in quarantine until told otherwise by ACT Health.
