Laverty Pathology Gungahlin was exposed on Wednesday, August 11 between 7.45am and 8.45am.
A Girl Guides meeting and a construction site were among new close contact locations added to the territory's COVID-19 exposure sites on Monday night.
A Girl Guides meeting at Gungaderra Homestead in Harrison on August 11 has been added as a close contact site between 7.25pm and 8.45pm.
Coco Republic Construction Site in Canberra City is a close contact location for periods on August 10, 11 and 12.
The Australian Maritime Safety Authority Head Office in Braddon has also been listed as a close contact location for times on August 11 and 12.
Metropol Display Centre in Reid has been added for August 12 as a close contact location, as has Intermain in Canberra City for August 11, and Hume Warehouse for August 11.
New casual locations were listed in the city, Weston and Phillip on Tuesday afternoon.
There also sites in Denman Prospect, Weston Creek and Griffith which are watch and monitor, meaning anyone at those sites should monitor themselves for symptoms.

Harrison Playing fields have been added for August 11, with advice to monitor symptoms only.
Aldi Chisholm on August 21, Coles Chisholm on August 22, Woolworths Metro Cameron Avenue on August 20 and Woolworths Weston Creek on August 19 have all been added with advice to monitor symptoms.
