The ACT recorded 18 new cases in the 24 hours to 8pm Thursday, and 15 of them were infectious in the community for at least some time.
The government has also announced it will use extra doses coming from Australia's swap with Singapore to offer priority vaccinations to Year 12 students.
ACT Chief Minister Andrew Barr impored people to wear their masks properly.
"I can't understand how people don't get the point of the mask. It's just useless under the chin. You look like a bit of a dork with your mask under the chin," he said.
Another raft of casual exposure site were listed last night, with a majority located in the territory's south. It also identified two new sites of transmission: Bidfood Canberra in Fyshwick and KFC in Dickson.

It comes as a man in his 20s with no underlying conditions is in hospital on a ventilator, and as Pfizer bookings have opened for 16-29 year-olds.
