The Assembly needs to sit to consider amendments to the Financial Management Act to allow for a delay to the ACT budget, which was postponed as a result of Canberra being locked down.
Every Labor and Greens member has either received their vaccinations or is booked in to do so. Most have received both doses.
One member of the Liberals is yet to book their vaccination, but intends to do so, a spokesman for the party said. The spokesman would not identify that member.
Sixteen of the 25 members have received both vaccinations.
A spokeswoman for Speaker Joy Burch said all members had agreed to minimise the number of people in the chamber at any one time when the Assembly sits.
"It is worth noting that the chamber has been configured in a way to allow for appropriate social distancing for all members, and so whilst all are able to be in the space and adhere to necessary distance, to ensure minimal movement, parties have agreed to a reduced number of members at any one time," the spokeswoman said.
Members' staff will be encouraged to work from home where possible.
The spokeswoman for Ms Burch said steps had been taken to improve and manage the ventilation within the Assembly chamber, to minimise the risk of COVID-19 transmission.

All side doors will be open, and increased fresh external airflow through the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system has been increased from 30 per cent to 50 per cent.
"The Assembly chamber is a large and well ventilated room with an air volume substantially greater than required," Ms Burch's spokeswoman said.
The public gallery will be closed for the sitting.
Sitting dates between August 31 and September 2 were cancelled at the request of all members, which meant the territory budget, scheduled for August 31, was delayed.
Chief Minister Andrew Barr has previously confirmed the budget will be delivered on Wednesday, October 6.
