Court documents state that on the same day in January 2019, he stole a fire extinguisher he used inside a house in Cook.
The 24 year old then left his black shoes at the crime scene.
A third place, this time in Wright, was also subjected to King's criminal behaviour that involved him entering via a bathroom window to steal $635, a camera and numerous beauty products.
Later that day when police found him in a bedroom in a Kambah unit, he said: "I'm on the run, I'm in trouble, I've got a warrant".

Earlier that month, King, disqualified from driving, stole a Subaru Forester from Cook and drove it for up to two days before setting it on fire in Watson.
Forensic examinations found King's fingerprints and a blood stain inside the car.
King appeared via phone in the ACT Magistrates Court on Thursday when he was sentenced for nine charges, including burglary, stealing cars, driving while disqualified, unlawful possession of stolen property and affray.
He had pleaded guilty to all.
In December 2018, King and a co-defendant were sitting in a parked Nissan Pulsar, without registration plates, near a pharmacy in O'Connor before they threatened a woman and her daughter after the woman asked the co-defendant to move her door.
Well, I just came out of jail so I can go back in.

The victim then closed the co-defendant's door, triggering the co-defendant to get out and call her a "f---ing b----" and slamming her door again into the victim's car.
The victim told her daughter to take a photo.
"If she does that, I will f---ing smash her jaw in," King said.
"If he does that, he would go to jail," the woman said.
"Well, I just came out of jail so I can go back in," the offender replied.
A shop attendant, who came out while on the phone, had her face smashed with a drink thrown by the co-defendant before she and King left the scene.
The Kambah man was given concurrent jail terms between three and nine months for all charges.
All have been suspended upon him entering a good behaviour order of 12 months.
Magistrate James Lawton on Thursday said King had a significant history for driving offences and disqualified him from driving for two years.
The court heard King was sentenced in NSW to three years and six months jail for other offences in late 2019.
He was granted parole in July and transferred to the territory and will be supervised until his parole period ends.
