The comedian was due to be at the Canberra Theatre Centre on November 27. His new Canberra date will round up his 28-show tour will be November 5, 2022.

Bailey performed this show with rave reviews and sold out theatres in New Zealand earlier this year while he was there filming his new television series Patriot Brains, currently airing on SBS.

"I was hoping to be in Australia for my En Route to Normal tour in October, but due to the current Covid situation there, it's now not going to happen," Bailey says.

"I can't tell you how much I'll miss not being there - my Australian tours are a highlight of my touring year. Counting down to the time when I can return in 2022, and hopefully catch up with you all then"

All tickets will be valid for next year and the venues will be in contact with all ticket holders about the rescheduled dates.
