A second baby and one team member have been diagnosed with COVID-19 linked to a growing cluster at Canberra Hospital's Centenary Hospital for Women and Children.

It comes as the ACT records a further 41 cases of coronavirus in the 24 hours to 8pm Wednesday, including the second baby.
Meanwhile, today marks eight weeks since the ACT entered lockdown, with restrictions due to lift on October 15.
There have been 1107 cases recorded in this outbreak, which on Wednesday included a baby in the special care nursery at the Centenary Hospital for Women and Children.
"Canberrans can be assured that this situation is being expertly handled and they can absolutely feel safe to attend hospital should they require that level of care," Canberra Health Services interim chief executive Dave Peffer said.
The ACT government released its budget for 2021-22 yesterday evening.
While there was a distinct focus on health funding, there has been criticism in some corners that the budget doesn't go far enough to support businesses post lockdown.
