Grainger Gallery is now open by appointment and will be open to the public from October 29, 2021, with a capacity of one person per four square metres. In the upcoming group show Infinite Space (Land, Sky and Sea), contemporary local and national artists provide broad and varied interpretations of the Australian landscape. They include Matilda Michell, Jessica Ashton, Nicholas Chen, Liz Priestley, Steve Salo, Katie Hopkinson-Pointer, Sarah McDonald, and Rebecca Rath. Because of COVID restrictions, bookings are essential for the launch of Infinite Space on October 29. Grainger Gallery will have a rolling opening weekend to restricted numbers on October 30-31. Brittany Ferns' first large-scale exhibition will open in the gallery on November 4. Grainger Gallery (Dairy Road, Fyshwick) is open by appointment (phone 0404 769 843) or from November 4, Wednesday to Sunday, 11am-5pm. See: graingergallery.com.au.
