One option to experience a sense of calm on the roof of Australia is a three-day yoga and wellness retreat at Thredbo Resort. They are back for summer.

Think sunrise yoga, guided hikes, "cold water immersion" rock pools, meditation and relaxation sessions and healthy meals. Jane Corben from Jindabyne Yoga Shala will run the retreats.
