There are seven people in hospital, including four in intensive care, all of whom are being ventilated. The number of people in hospital is unchanged from the previous day's figures, but there is now another person in intensive care.
There are 175 active cases in the community.
There were 1715 negative tests received in the 24 hours to 9am on Friday, after 3817 negative tests were reported on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the percentage of the eligible population who are now fully vaccinated has reached 97.6 per cent.

ACT Health has also made changes to the list of local government areas it considers to pose a higher risk. The changes take effect from Saturday.

NSW has recorded 261 new COVID-19 cases and one death in the 24 hours to 8pm Thursday.
There are 185 COVID-19 patients in hospital, with 27 in ICU.
Victoria has recorded 1362 new COVID-19 cases, the highest daily number of infections reported since November 1.
There were seven deaths in the state.
The new infections bring the number of active cases in the state to 10,887, including 308 in hospital.
There are 46 people in intensive care, while a further 53 have been cleared of the virus and 26 are on a ventilator.
