The Kingston pub is open for bookings on Saturday or Sunday at 7.30pm. Groups are encouraged to come in costume celebrating their favourite character from one of the most iconic '90s shows.
Pub manager Adrian Moran said they were beyond excited for their first themed trivia since reopening after lockdown.
"This night has been five months in the making, I had all the questions, I had all the prizes and people were all booked in August, but then of course we had to close." Mr Moran said.
"Even though December and January are a bit quieter because lots of people are going home to see loved ones, we just couldn't wait.
"It seems people share our excitement because bookings are filling up quick, it's going to be a really fun night for everyone to interact and bond over the greatest show about nothing."
The pub is going all out in preparation, with delicious themed cocktails on offer called the junior mint, Jeannie Steinman breakfast special and Elaine's dad's sweet tooth.
Seinfeld-themed prizes are also on offer including a Lego set and a Trivial Pursuit board game which will be allocated to first, second, seventh and best dressed players.
"We like to give a seventh place prize for people who may not know the show as well but still love to turn up for trivia, so there's something in it for people who aren't the biggest Seinfeld fans," Mr Moran said.
This is not the pub's first time doing themed trivia, with other previous successes including Game of Thrones, The Simpsons, Friends and even another Seinfeld night three years ago.
"People went all out with the dress-ups last time," Mr Moran said.
"One guy thought he had won best dressed as Kramer, but then his friend next to him took his hat off to reveal he'd shaved his head to look like George, so, he definitely got best dressed.
"The staff and I are excited to see what people bring this time round, we're hoping the bar is raised even higher."

Those unable to make this weekend don't need to worry, as The Durham hosts regular trivia on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which Mr Moran says links to the culture of Canberra.
"I think the sense of community trivia brings is what makes Canberrans love it so much. People like to catch up outside of work with a nice meal where they don't have to stay up late excessively drinking, they can just have fun with their friends doing trivia," Mr Moran said. "I think Canberrans like to learn new and interesting things as well, we're a very intellectual bunch. For me personally I love it and see it has a lot of value, even when I have nights off on Wednesdays I still come in for trivia."
