The next item on the former Titan's checklist is forming a lethal halves combination with star man Jack Wighton.
Fogarty and Wighton will combine in 2022, as the Raiders look to move on from a horror season and prove their NRL premiership window is still ajar.
They shape as one of the NRL's most intriguing new combinations blending Wighton's direct style with Fogarty's guile, and Canberra's new halfback said his primary goal was bringing the best out of his talented teammate.
"I'm super excited about trying to link up with Jacky, we all know what type of player he is," Fogarty said.
"When he's got the ball, if he wants to run at blokes he will, or he's got enough speed to run around blokes.
"He's just one of those X Factor players, hopefully we can get a good combination there and I can free him up a little bit ... and vice versa, hopefully Jacky can take the pressure off me and get the team moving in the right direction."
Fogarty has hit the ground running at the Raiders, determined to establish himself as the club's long-term number seven following the abrupt departure of Englishman George Williams last season.
Williams had signed a three-year deal from the 2020 season, but was released halfway through the contract after telling the club he was homesick.

Canberra was patient in its search for a replacement in a market not flush with riches, before the prospect of signing Fogarty from the Titans emerged.
And the 27-year-old said he had quickly adapted to his new surroundings.
"It's a good city, I live on the north side so I kind of got the best of both worlds, I wake up in the morning, there's a bit of mountains then I'm driving 20 minutes to train and I'm driving next to a tram," Fogarty said.
"On the Goldy you've got to drive an hour out the back if you want to get a bit of that.
"The facilities there [at Raiders headquarters] are amazing. I just can't believe the Hall of Fame between the players' locker room and down to the physio room, and all the history up on the wall in the gym and within our lockers.
"They just embrace each individual player with their name, their player number and their milestones at the club.
"It's that emotional attachment to the place.
"I haven't even got a player number yet and I just want to work hard to make sure I get that and get a couple of milestones."
