The case attended the school while infectious on Tuesday, November 30 and Wednesday, December 1.
ACT Health said there are no identified additional contacts from Lyneham Primary School.
"[There are] approximately 180 close contacts who attended the school, including before and after school care," ACT Health said.

The YWCA-run after school program has been closed until further notice.
Household members of close contacts at Lyneham Primary School have been told to stay in quarantine for 14 days.
This applies to secondary contacts of close contacts of the Omicron variant.
Maribyrnong Primary School was also exposed to COVID-19 on Wednesday, December 1 and Friday, December 3.Black Mountain School in O'Connor and Majura Primary School in Watson have been listed exposure sites on Wednesday, December 1.
The ACT recorded six new cases on Monday, December 6.
This brought active cases in the territory to 98.
The Therapeutic Goods Administration also announced on Sunday morning school-aged children will be able to start receiving their coronavirus vaccine in the middle of next month.
