The new cases bring the active total to 73. There have been seven confirmed Omicron cases in Canberra so far.
There are five people in hospital because of COVID; two in intensive care.
There were 1393 negative tests received in the 24 hours to 9am on Friday.
Meanwhile, the percentage of the eligible population fully vaccinated has reached 98.2 per cent.

NSW has recorded 516 COVID-19 cases and zero deaths as the state hits its highest caseload since lockdown.
The new cases were diagnosed from 90,223 tests in the 24 hours to 8pm on Thursday.
There are 158 patients in hospital; 24 of them in ICU.
Some 94.7 per cent of people 16 and older have had one vaccine dose, while 93 per cent are fully vaccinated.
Victoria has recorded another two deaths from COVID-19 and 1206 new cases, while the state is 92 per cent vaccinated.
There are 11,145 active coronavirus cases in the state. The seven-day average is at 306.
A total of 61 people in intensive care are actively infected and 43 have been cleared, with 25 of those on a ventilator.
