The visitors began their innings on the wrong foot, after Andrew Glover was dismissed for a duck. Eastlake's middle order fought back but the late collapse saw them fall 78 runs short, all out for 154.
Tuggeranong won by 44 runs after a delayed start at Chisholm Oval saw them and Weston Creek Molonglo face 32 overs each.
Creek looked good as they chased Tuggeranong's 7/173, but their final four batsmen were out for a combined nine runs and they finished on 10/129.

Ginninderra won the toss and batted to set a strong target of 7/270 for Western District to chase at Kippax Oval.
Rhys Healy (66) and Sam Gaskin (72) scored more than half of Ginninderra's runs.
Alexander Corver hit 81 runs, with seven fours and a six, but it was not enough as Western District fell short of their target by 62 runs.
Rain kept North Canberra Gungahlin and ANU from taking to the field at Keith Tournier Memorial Oval for their round six John Gallop Cup match.
So persistent has the weekend rain been across the ACT, more than 60 per cent of cricket fixtures have been wiped out so far this season.
