Victorian health authorities are yet to discover another Omicron infection among infected patrons at two Melbourne nightclubs, as the state recorded 1504 new COVID-19 cases.

The health department confirmed all bar five of Saturday's cases are locally acquired and take the state's total active caseload to 13,443.
No further cases of the Omicron variant have been confirmed in Victoria, keeping the total at 19.
Of those cases, 13 caught the new strain overseas and six in Australia.
Genomic sequencing has confirmed one of the 30 infected people linked to two Melbourne nightclubs has the Omicron strain.
Health authorities are still working to determine if any of the other cases, which include 16 linked to the Collingwood's Peel Hotel and 14 to Fitzroy's Sircuit Bar, have the new variant.
Another seven people have died in Victoria with COVID-19, but four of the deaths occurred in late November and early December.
There are 384 patients in hospital, 84 of whom are actively infected with the virus in intensive care and 43 on ventilators.
The seven-day hospitalisation average has risen marginally to 368.
Testers processed 88,083 results on Friday, while 12,268 people were vaccinated in state-run hubs.
A pre-Christmas COVID-19 vaccine booster blitz is underway this weekend as capacity ramps up at state-run clinics and major hubs stay open to help "turbo-charge" the rollout.
Almost 500,000 Victorians are overdue for a vaccine booster, out of more than 750,000 who are currently eligible five months after their second dose.
The Victorian government previously flagged it would close eight state-run vaccination clinics by mid-December.
However, it has announced the Royal Exhibition Building clinic will remain open for walk-up appointments from 8.30am to 3.30pm this weekend, and from 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday.
The Wyndham drive-through clinic will also stay open from 8:30am to 4:30pm each day with no bookings required.
All 58 state-run vaccination clinics are offering walk-up Pfizer booster appointments in the lead-up to Christmas, as well as bookings, and walk-up Moderna boosters will be available from Monday.
The state government also announced international travellers who touch down in Melbourne from Tuesday will no longer have to isolate for 72 hours after they arrive.
Instead, travellers who are fully vaccinated will have to take a test within 24 hours of arrival and isolate until they receive a negative result.
