The school principal wrote to parents saying: "A person with COVID-19 was at our school during the time that they may have been infectious to others during the year 6 graduation from 1.45 pm to 3pm on Thursday, December 16."
Anybody at the ceremony, which was held indoors, was told to quarantine and have a test.
"Thank you for your patience, understanding and support at this time," the Principal, Kate Smith, said.
Over the weekend, a flight into Canberra from Newcastle was labelled a close contact exposure site.
People visiting the weights room in Braddon's Club Lime and Crossfit Strive For Success in Hume this week were also identified as close contacts.
The new sites come as the nation's capital recorded another 18 new cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8pm on Saturday. On Monday, Health Minister Rachel Stephen-Smith said there were 40 cases of Omicron infection in the ACT.
