Prosecutors to appeal sentence imposed on Frederick Tuifua for murder of Pitasoni Ulavalu

Prosecutors will ask the ACT's top court to impose a tougher sentence on the "coward" who murdered a bikie boss at a packed Civic nightclub, arguing the penalty dished out to the killer late last year was inadequate.
