ACT govt should act on housing crisis

While the ACT government accepts unaffordability of housing is a labour market issue and a problem for people not on a high income it did not announce anything to improve the situation ("Affordability key to plugging skills gaps", March 19, p11; and "Barr's pitch to ACT youth", March 20, p1).
