Raiders veteran Jarrod Croker is in better nick than he's been in over a year and believes he's "right to go" should coach Ricky Stuart consider him to make his return to first-grade.

"I certainly think if I was given the chance to play I'll be right to go," he said.
"We'll just wait and see how it all unfolds."
Croker played all 80 minutes on Saturday in Canberra's monster 47-24 NSW Cup win over Western Suburbs Magpies, as he mounts his comeback from knee issues and more recently, a back complaint.
In his reserve grade debut Croker made seven of his eight conversion attempts, had 103 running metres including 56 metres post-contact, with four tackle breaks, two off-loads and five tackles made.
"It just felt good to be back playing footy again," he said.
"It was the first time out there in a while with the knee and the back injury, and I didn't feel either of those to be honest.
"It's the best I've felt movement-wise and running-wise for probably 18 months now, so that was exciting."
Croker said apart from feeling "a bit stiff" in his back a few days later, he was upbeat about his recovery and valued the opportunity to regain his match fitness after sitting out the last two NSW Cup matches.
"It's nothing like it was the last couple of weeks and there's been no muscle spasm or anything like that, so it's all good," he said.
"I felt fine in the game and I'm fine going into the week again.
"While the game wasn't lightning fast, there were moments there where the game got pretty quick and I was blowing.
"So I did need the hit-out for the lungs and the legs, but I pulled up really well from it."
Croker is still nine short of playing his 300th NRL game, but he hasn't yet discussed plans with Stuart on when he might get the call-up to chase down the milestone.
"i haven't [spoken with Ricky], not yet. We had a leaders catch-up Sunday just with recovery, but that was just about the game and a general catch-up," the centre said.
"I won't put too much pressure on myself or Stick, I'll just come in and train and go from there.
"Obviously everyone wants to play first-grade, so it'd be nice, but we'll just take it a day at a time."
Stuart faces a decision on whether Croker is ready to make his NRL return for their next match against Manly which is set to be played in Mudgee on Saturday afternoon.
After the Raiders' memorable 24-22 come-from-behind victory over the Titans last weekend, Stuart said in his press conference that winger Nick Cotric would be available for selection after missing two weeks with a quad strain.
Croker and Cotric returning could see Sebastian Kris and Semi Valemei squeezed out of the squad. That's despite the Fijian's sensational game against the Gold Coast where he book-ended the fightback with a try before half-time and a bone-crunching tackle to seal the win.
Brad Schneider has been taking on the goal-kicking duties in Croker's absence, however the 31-year-old would offer a more experienced option with the young half missing three of five conversions in the Titans clash.
"Even last year when I had a bad knee, kicking wasn't a drama for me," Croker said.
Croker was buoyed by the team's display at Canberra Stadium after a lacklustre effort in Townsville in round two.
"It was pretty impressive," he said. "Being in the sheds at halftime, the belief and the confidence in the boys was there.
"It was just a matter of holding the ball and doing what we knew we were capable of, tightening up that defence and gaining momentum back.
"It was 40 minutes of hard work and grinding, and to get that result in the end, it was great to watch."
