Not to mention having to get their NRL reserves to Sydney for the NSW Cup on Sunday.
First, there's the charter flight for the 24-man squad, Raiders coach Ricky Stuart and his essential staff like the physios.
That will fly up Friday afternoon and then return on Saturday night after the game against the Manly Sea Eagles.
Then there's the minivan with the rest of the staff - and not to mention the gear van - that will make the five-hour road trip.
All going well, the seven Green Machine reserves will jump into the minivan and head to Sydney on Saturday night ahead of their NSW Cup clash against the Blacktown Sea Eagles on Sunday.
Their spots on the charter flight will get taken up by the original occupants of the van.
MORE RAIDERS NEWS:
It's the first of three Green Machine trips to the country this season.
Next weekend they're off to Wagga Wagga for their home game against the Melbourne Storm.
It's the final year of their deal with the Riverina city's council, although Raiders chief executive Don Furner said they were open to extending the deal beyond this year.
Their funding agreement with the ACT government allows them to take two home games away from Canberra Stadium every five years.
Furner will sit down with the new Wagga Wagga mayor next week to discuss extending the deal.
They played Penrith there in 2019 and then Newcastle last year, with the COVID-19 pandemic stopping them playing in 2020.
"This the last one that we've agreed to and when we go out there we're going to have a chat to them," Furner said.
"They've got a new mayor out there - we haven't met him, we'll meet him and we'll have a chat.
"We're keen to talk to them again. We would definitely consider going there again.
"Funnily enough this year we've been taken to the country three times with Dubbo [against South Sydney], Mudgee and Wagga, but we love going to the country."
