Undecided voters who watched the first leaders' debate between Prime Minister Scott Morrison and Labor leader Anthony Albanese awarded the win to the Opposition Leader on Wednesday night, but not by much.
In the live debate, the leaders clashed over China, border protection and aged care. Mr Morrison accused Labor of taking China's side over Solomon Islands' security pact with the superpower, a comment Mr Albanese called an "outrageous slur".

Campaigning for the Coalition will continue in Queensland today as the major parties fight for the must-win seats needed to form government outright.
