Hinckley apologises for shooting Reagan

John Hinckley Jr was 25 when his shots wounded Ronald Reagan and three others in Washington DC.

The man who wounded US president Ronald Reagan in 1981 has apologised for his actions and says he does not remember what he was feeling when he fired the shots that also wounded three others.
