The residents of Kangara Waters Retirement Village have been hard at work since 2020, knitting beautiful scarves, beanies, and other woollens for charity. The weekend before last, they held a winter warmers charity sale of their huge collection of knitted goods, raising funds to allow them to send their scarves and gloves to charities to give to the homeless.
