Contact lost with craft launched from NZ

The Capstone spacecraft launched from New Zealand on June 28 and has spent nearly a week in orbit.

NASA says it has lost contact with a $US32.7 million ($A48.3 million) spacecraft headed to the moon to test out a lopsided lunar orbit but agency engineers are hopeful they can fix the problem.
