Magistrate James Lawton slams 'cruel and degrading' actions of ACT Policing officers

A magistrate has slammed the "cruel and degrading" actions of two ACT Policing officers, saying they breached a man's human rights when they hauled him out of his car, threw him to the ground and left him face down in a gutter with his hands cuffed.
