Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, a staunch ally of Ukraine and a critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin, will succeed Jens Stoltenberg as NATO chief, Dutch national broadcaster NOS reports after Hungary and Slovakia backed him.
