A mentally disturbed 22-year-old man, confirmed to be Elliot Rodger, the son of a Hollywood film director, Peter Rodger, stabbed three people to death at his apartment before shooting and killing three more in the Southern California college town of Isla Vista on Friday night. Elliott Rodger also died, but It was unclear whether the fatal shot was self-inflicted or delivered by police.
