ACT Labor has come under pressure to return donations from property developers and has been accused of opportunism as a battle over party financing continues.

Labor has promised to ban developer donations, expand the lobbyist register, introduce real-time reporting and create an integrity commissioner to investigate any breaches.
The changes would bring laws in line with NSW where property developers are banned from donating to political parties.
But the reforms have been cast as insincere by the ACT Greens after both Labor and Liberal accepted large donations from developers in recent weeks.
Nick Georgalis, managing director of developer Geocon, made a single cash donation of $10,000 to Labor on September 9, while the Village Building Company donated $3000 to the Canberra Liberals.
Labor has also accepted money from the Quay Building Group, Hindmarsh Corporate, Dexar Group, Dowse Projects, SHL Developments and the Molonglo Group in the recent years.
Many property developers are also buying $1070 ACT Labor "memberships", entitling them to discounted tickets to the party's fundraising events.
"If Labor is serious about taking on developer donations, they must return all of the money they have received from developers over the past two years," Greens candidate for Ginninderra Indra Esguerra said.
"If they want to go to the election pledging a ban so soon after re-allowing these donations, they need to walk the talk and return the money."
An ACT Labor spokesman said the reforms were an election commitment and would not be retrospective.
"The formal election campaign is the period in the electoral cycle where it is customary to outline party policies for the coming parliamentary term," he said.
Opposition leader Jeremy Hanson said his party was open to donation reform but would continue to prioritise the creation of an NSW-style Independent Commission Against Corruption
On Monday, his deputy Alistair Coe said a complicated land swap deal involving the unions demonstrated the need for an ICAC.
The government paid the Tradies club $3.9 million for the block that houses the CFMEU in December 2014. The union has been operating from the building rent free ever since.
In return, the Tradies will pay $3.2 million plus GST for the carpark beside their club at the Dickson shops at a date yet to be determined.
