ACT SES, Police Search & Rescue and Fire Search & Rescue have been searching for the Canberra woman who was last seen at Calvary Hospital around 10.30am on Sunday March 26.
Search teams had worked through the early part of the week from a command post near her last known location in Bruce, ACT.
However as of Friday efforts to locate her were focused in NSW.
On Thursday, ACT Policing Station Sergeant Greg O'Ryan said police held grave concerns for Ms Dennien's welfare and asked any family members to contact police.
"The longer these go on the worse the outcomes might be," Mr O'Ryan said.
"We'd be asking that if anyone saw her [at Calvary Hospital] that may have given her a lift from there to contact us."
ACT Search and Rescue Senior Constable Chloe Morrison said they were conducting a ground search of the dense bushland and waterways in the area.
"Until further information comes to light we will continue searching," Ms Morrison.
ACT Policing thanked NSW Police counterparts, members of the public and the media for their assistance in finding Ms Dennien.
