The brother of a woman accused of stealing thousands from ActewAGL customers threatened to "put a bullet" between the eyes of a colleague he believed was connected to his sister's arrest.

Jessica Kate Anderson, 29, was charged with 15 counts of fraud after it was alleged she skimmed some $13,000 from ActewAGL customer accounts.
Her colleague and friend, Taylor Jade Geoghegan, 20, has been charged with being knowingly involved in the fraud.
Ms Anderson's brother Christopher Anderson, 25, of Chisholm, appeared in the ACT Magistrates Court on Monday where he pleaded guilty to a charge of using a carriage service to make a threat to kill.
Documents tendered to court said Anderson called a man who also worked at ActewAGL with his sister at about 1pm on July 1, 2017, the day after Ms Anderson was arrested in relation to the fraud.
"Thanks to you, my sister was arrested last night, she's facing 15 charges and she potentially going to jail because of you," it's alleged Anderson said during the call.
The colleague told Anderson: "I've had nothing to do with this investigation and I had nothing to do with Jess's arrest."
"Don't f---ing bullshit me, I know you're lying and when I can prove it, I'm going to show up to your house. You've got no idea how many people I know," it's alleged Anderson said.
Gungahlin woman Ms Anderson has not entered pleas to the 15 counts of fraud. She did not apply for bail during her appearance in court earlier this month and remains in the Alexander Maconochie Centre.
Theodore woman Ms Geoghegan also has not entered pleas to 15 counts of being knowingly involved in the fraud. She was released on bail last week with strict conditions.
Anderson applied for and was granted bail on Monday, though prosecutors had opposed his release on the grounds he would interfere with evidence and harass or intimidate witnesses.
But his solicitor said the man had made immediate admissions as to his conduct and was remorseful. He said the man had work to return to as a labourer and had the support of his family.
Magistrate Bernadette Boss imposed bail conditions, including that Anderson submit to supervision of corrective services, that he not contact, nor threaten, harass or intimidate, the alleged victim.
He is also not to contact his sister Ms Anderson, or Ms Geoghegan, 20, nor go within 100 metres of them or of the alleged victim.
Dr Boss imposed a curfew of 6pm to 5am.
The case is due to return to court on July 27.
