Michael Morris, 22, of Red Hill, and Matthew Holloway, 22, of Bonython, are accused of raping and committing acts of indecency on the woman in March 2012.
They both claim the sex was consensual and have pleaded not guilty.
The court previously heard the woman had blacked out while playing a drinking game with the two defendants in Morris' bedroom just after 3.25am on March 12.
The Crown alleges she awoke to find all three of them naked and the men then repeatedly raped her.
From the witness box, the woman told jurors she could not resist other than to turn her head away, had said nothing during the alleged ordeal and had been frightened she would be hurt.
Jurors on Wednesday heard three phone conversations - intercepted by police - Morris made after he had been informed of the allegations.
Morris first called his sister, a former lawyer, and asked her to meet him for legal advice.
He assured her the sex was consensual and the accusations were false.
He next called Holloway who expressed surprise and thought Morris had been joking.
During a third call, to a female friend, Morris described how the alleged victim initiated the consensual sex by kissing and lying on him.
He said the woman had consented to the sex by meeting the two men in the first place and they had asked her several times if she agreed to a threesome.
''She knew what we wanted to do,'' Morris said.
''She elected to be in that position.''
Morris went on to vent his anger at the allegations, describing it as ''pretty embarrassing'', ''frustrating'' and ''spiteful''.
''It's such a disgraceful thing to do. We definitely did not do that,'' Morris said.
The trial continues on Thursday.
