Police are hunting for a man and woman after an assault at a Canberra bar last weekend.

The pair were involved in the assault of a man at 12.38am on Sunday in the Felt Bar pool room on the second floor of the Uni Pub, in Civic.

The man is described as tall with a chubby build, and light-brown, scraggly hair. He was wearing a hooded vest with a purple-checked shirt, jeans and white Converse high-top sneakers.
The woman was described as having caramel coloured hair and a nose ring. She was wearing a pink or purple shirt with a long jacket.
