Chills were caused by more than the cold at the British High Commission's memorial service held for the victims of the Manchester attack.

A sombre mood filled the courtyard on Thursday morning as High Commissioner Menna Rawlings spoke of seeing her own children in the faces of the dead.
"I have attended pop concerts with my teenage daughters, who are here today," she said.
"So what happened in Manchester felt close - too close - even though it took place thousands of miles away.
"When we see those bright young faces among the 22 victims, we see our own children, nieces or grandchildren. When we next go to a pop concert we will remember the mayhem of that night in Manchester and hug our kids a little closer."
The high commissioner recounted childhood memories of terrorism, including being less than a mile away from the Hyde Park and Regent's Park bombings in 1982.
She said terrorism had since become less predictable, pointing to recent examples such as the deadly Westminster attack in March. But she said the British people would not succumb to terrorists' wishes by changing their way of life.
"We will still go to those concerts and those public events," she said.
"We will still travel by tube and by train. We will still walk lightly on Westminster Bridge, admiring Big Ben and that view of the River Thames."
Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, Opposition Leader Bill Shorten and Governor-General Peter Cosgrove were among those who laid flowers by a marble sculpture in the garden and signed a condolence book inside the high commission.
Sir Peter said the attack's inhumane targeting of innocence was beyond comprehension.
"We stand with you [the British people] in trying to understand the pain of the victims and their loved ones," he said.
"We share your profound outrage. Now, again, we will be part of your strength."
After a minute's silence, the British High Commission's Wing Commander Jonathan Hough recited Tony Walsh's ode to the northern English city, This is the Place.
Afterwards, Mr Hough's family greeted Mr Turnbull. His eight-year-old daughter Amelia was the same age as Saffie Rose Roussos, the youngest named victim of Monday night's suicide bombing - a moving reminder of the innocence lost.
