Access Canberra customers have been advised to instead visit service centres at:
- Winyu House, Gungahlin
- Homeworld Shopping Centre, Tuggeranong
- Swanson Plaza, Belconnen
- Civic Library, London Circuit
Platforms 11 to 19 at the Woden Bus Station have been closed, with the following service changes in place:
- Platform 11 and 12 will operate from Platform 7
- Platform 14 from Platform 5
- Platform 15 from Platform 4
- Platform 16 from Platform 1
- Platform 18 from Platform 2
