Paul Edward Buckley, 23, is accused of trespassing in the flat of a woman at the Duntroon military campus in the early hours of April 5.

Buckley, who is an officer cadet at the Royal Military College, is then accused of sexually assaulting the woman.

Buckley appeared briefly in the ACT Magistrates Court today for a case management hearing.

He was committed for trial in the Supreme Court, and will next appear on October 20.

Buckley remains on bail.
