Anthony is one of a group of singles who agreed to "marry" - ie participate in a legally non-binding ceremony - on air to a complete stranger, in his case air hostess Nadia Stamp.
He has been cast as the villain and it's yet to be seen if the "marriage" survives.
In the meantime, Anthony, who works for TAB Corp, will be doing what he knows best and calling the races at the Canberra Racing Club's "A Good Day Out" race day on Saturday. He's also worked in Malaysia and Singapore.
It's the fifth charity day for Marymead, the much-loved Canberra institution which supports children, young people and their families.
Gates open at noon, with the first race at 12.30pm. There will be fashions on the field with prizes. The race day has free admission.
