It's seeking donations of empty glass jars to be used as upcycled snow globes, silhouette lanterns and a range of other creations.
During the Winter Markets, there will be glassmaking activities from noon to 4pm in the ActewAGL marquee, entry via a gold coin donation.
It's the perfect introduction to glass as a medium for art, and while most activities have limitations based on the minimum age of eight, working with the glass jars means even the youngest of children can join in.
Jars can be delivered to the Glassworks now, either to the front desk during opening hours Wednesday to Sunday, or there's a permanent collection box outside the loading dock.
