A cup of coffee could be worth $1 million for one lucky north-sider. Anyone who purchases a takeaway coffee at Little Oink in Cook until July 31 will get entry into the draw to become a millionaire.

The competition is being run by the company behind BioCups – recyclable cups made from sustainable, plant-based materials that also feature new eye-catching artworks every three months from Australian and New Zealand artists.
The cafe's owner Natalie Legg has been stocking the cups since opening two years ago, and decided to get involved in the competition to help support the environment and give the local community the chance to win big.
"I can't even imagine how many [takeaway] coffee cups Canberra must produce," she said.
"We find that it's still the rarity that people [bring their own cup], so at least this way we're not contributing so much to landfill."
Each cup has a code underneath which you then enter online, so you can enter every time you buy a coffee. You'd have to be super lucky though – the competition is spread across Australia and New Zealand, with one major prize on offer plus some smaller giveaways.
