The competition focuses on skill in manual filter coffee brewing, with competitors preparing chosen coffees and a 'standardised' coffee.

It was won by Chad Wang from Taiwan.

Aroma, taste, uniformity of cups served and overall workflow all came into the judging.
ONA is becoming accustomed to taking out major competitions, with past wins including the world's best barista.
