The Goulburn Historic Waterworks will play host to devotees of the genres on October 15.
Model turned novelist Tara Moss will attend the event to pose for photos and judge a fashion parade alongside New South Wales politician Pru Goward.
Waterworks museum officer Julianne Salway promised a bigger and better event than the previous two.
"This is the third year running our event and it's doubled in size since last year as far as stalls and activities and music," Ms Salway said.
Patrons will be invited to try out rare forms of transport including a penny farthing, Clydesdale horse and carriage, and steampunk golf buggy ride.
Steampunk-themed market stalls, steampunk novelists and teapot races featuring converted remote-control cars will also be on offer.
The more courageous can try their hand at a tea or parasol duel.
"[The tea duel has] two people opposite each other with a cup of tea and each have a biscuit," Ms Salway said.
"You dunk your biscuit then you take it out. It's the one whose biscuit stays upright the longest who's the winner."
More than 600 people attended last year's event from areas including Sydney and Newcastle.
"Given we've had a lot of interest on Facebook, if you can rely on that, we've had a lot of interest throughout New South Wales – hopefully we can get those numbers again," Ms Salway said.
Ms Salway encouraged people who were keen to dress up to visit their local op shop.
"It's amazing what you can find. Get a pair of goggles and go to the garage and find a cog," she said.
"Definitely Google it because a picture is worth 1000 words."
