Dogs are permitted any any screening of the American Express Open Air Cinemas in Canberra.
The cinemas are on the Patrick White Lawn between the National Library and Lake Burley Griffin from January 9 to February 17.
Live music and DJs will feature before the films.
The dogs are allowed at any screening - "being mindful of films with expected gunfire and explosions".
Thirty-nine films are on the program including A Star is Born, Aquaman, Bumblebee and Vice, The Grinch and Mary Poppins Returns.
Other highlights are Boy Erased, The Children Act and The Hate U Give.
