5. SALAMI BOUQUET WORKSHOP
Forget flowers - make your true love a bouquet of meat for Valentine's Day. Salami, to be precise. Urban Providore in Fyshwick is holding a two-hour salami bouquet workshop on Saturday from 2pm, where you get to select salamis off the shelf, then turn them into a bouquet with ribbon and tissue paper. And because snacks are important, you also get to snack on local food and produce while you're at it. The workshop is $50 - book at urbanprovidore.com.
