A Canberra woman felt she was being watched before she noticed a phone pointed at her from underneath a neighbouring cubicle while she undressed, a court heard on Monday.

It was October 26 last year, in the Kmart change rooms at the Tuggeranong Hyperdome.
The woman, 23, told the ACT Magistrates Court she had entered a cubicle to try on some clothes.
She said she saw from the corner of her eye a man walk into the cubicle next to her.
She undressed before she noticed the back of a black phone pointed at her from underneath the next cubicle, she said.
She said the phone appeared and disappeared six to seven times, appearing for roughly five seconds each time. She told the court she pulled out her own phone and started filming.
That footage was played to the court, and showed the partially dressed woman in the mirror and a black phone in the gap between the wall of the cubicle and the floor.
"Hey what are you doing?" the woman is heard on the video. "I've got you on tape."
Prosecutors contend that the person in the next cubicle was Greenway man Dane Christian Muench, 33. Mr Muench has pleaded not guilty to one count of observing or capturing visual data of another person that is indecent and a breach of privacy.
After filming the phone from inside the cubicle, the woman got dressed and found a Kmart employee and explained what happened, she said.
She said a man exited the change room cubicle and denied he had done anything wrong.
"Why would I f---ing do that?" she said he told her, "how dare you say I'd do that."
She said he was angry and agitated and dumped a pile of clothes on the counter before leaving in a rush.
She told the court she saw him check his pockets and then return to pull his wallet from the pile of clothes, before storming from the change room.
The next day the woman met police at the Tuggeranong Hyperdome and looked at surveillance footage.
She identified a man captured on the footage coming and going from the Kmart and who it is alleged was the one in the change room cubicle with the black phone.
ACT Policing later published the surveillance footage on social media, and Mr Muench was identified.
Mr Muench does not deny it was him in the footage, but denies it was him in the change room with the black phone.
Under cross-examination by defence barrister Jack Pappas, the woman conceded it could have been up to seven minutes between when she said "I've got you on tape", got changed, found a store employee and then saw a man leaving the cubicle.
It was suggested to the woman that the man she saw entering the cubicle next to her on the way in may have already left by the time she came out.
But the woman said she had made sure to take note if the man had walked out before her.
She agreed she had not told police about making a note of that, or written it down in her own notes.
The hearing continues.
