Two women were taken to Canberra Hospital after the car they were travelling in slammed into the window of a Vinnies store in Greenway on Monday morning.

Police were called to the scene shortly after 10am to find the Toyota Rav 4 all the way through a kitchen wall of the shop on the corner of Pittman Street and Athllon Drive.
"About 9:45am a car crashed into the shop and it crashed into the tea room at the front of the building. Fortunately it was not tea time, so no one inside the store was injured," Lindsay Rae, Director of Centres for Vinnies, said.
The ACT Ambulance service took an 86-year-old woman to Canberra Hospital with minor injuries and the other occupant of the car a 59-year-old woman was treated for knee pain and also taken to hospital, an ESA spokesman said.
No occupants or other pedestrians were injured in the crash.
"Once they had pulled the car out, the builders got there and boarded up the area, so it's secure overnight," Mr Rae said.
"I can't tell you the cost of the damage inside yet, but there was a lot of damage to the electrical stuff in the tea room, there is a big hole in the wall between the tea room and the shop."
Mr Rae said the store was able to re-open at 12:45pm.
The store's window was smashed but ACT Fire and Rescue found no significant structural damage to the building, an ESA spokesman said.
