Publishing one book is a big achievement. Canberra's Chelsea Boulding has published two – and she's only 14 years old.

The creative teenager's latest picture book, Oceans Around Australia, is on sale in bookshops across the country.
But the book is much more than a catchy story woven with colourful illustrations.
It's given Chelsea, who has cerebral palsy, a chance to inspire other children and adolescents with the neurological disorder to dream big.
"I love supporting cerebral palsy...just to give people with cerebral palsy hope that you can do stuff other than the usual," she said.
"Having cerebral palsy, I guess I had to accomplish something that makes it a little bit happier."
Chelsea, who is a Cerebral Palsy Alliance ambassador, has always wanted to be an author.
Her second book explores the different sea creatures that inhabit our country's coastal waters through a repetitive, sing-song tale reminiscent of, There was an old lady who swallowed a fly.
"Usually [stories] just come to me in my dreams," she said.
"My dream was to become an author and now I have two books to my name. It's really exciting."
Readers of Chelsea's first picture book, A Hippopotamus in the Sink, will recognise the colourful illustrations and one of the characters, Sara.
Illustrator Julie Sydenham has helped bring Chelsea's words to life for a second time with her pictures, while Sara returns to visit the beach with her family.
Chelsea's mother, Leah, said she was extremely proud of her daughter's latest achievement, which had brought light to the lives of other families touched by cerebral palsy
"When you get given a diagnosis, your child has a brain injury or cerebral palsy, you don't expect this sort of thing to happen. While her body might not work as well as our bodies her mind is absolutely amazing," Ms Boulding said.
"She's sort of become a role model for children who have disabilities which is something we're really proud of. A couple of families with children with disabilities have approached us and said how proud they are of her which makes us proud, but it's also given them hope."
Chelsea has been particularly busy recently, juggling the launch of book number two with school and her ambassador role.
The 14-year-old spoke in front of about 550 people at the Alliance's ACT Spring Fashion Parade fundraiser as part of her book's pre-launch in September.
She's also read the book to school groups and signed copies at Floriade.
One of the highlights was reading Oceans Around Australia to other children with cerebral palsy.
"That was probably one of the most amazing things she did," Ms Boulding said.
"To see their parents look at her and go, 'oh my goodness, maybe my child is going to do something great', that's really quite special."
Chelsea has also developed a special relationship with Canberra realtor and former Big Brother contestant Jason Roses, who auctioned the first copy of Oceans Around Australia and reined in $650 for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance.
Last year Chelsea put her physical stamina to the test by taking part in the inaugural Krazy Kosci Klimb, an 18.4-kilometre trek to the summit of Mt Kosciuszko and back again.
