Charges dropped as ACT prosecutors fail to show up for Magistrates Court cases

The ACT Magistrates Court has thrown out criminal charges against several defendants amid tensions with territory prosecutors, who say stretched resources and clashing court lists forced them to abandon hearings in the past fortnight.
