The Department of Defence will give potential contractors until January 13 to submit their offers to construct the facility and also to maintain it into the future.
According to documents on AusTender, the existing armoury at the 101-year-old college - which prepares cadets and other selected candidates for careers in the army by promoting leadership and giving them weapons training - will be replaced.
Work is expected to start in March and finish in October.
A spokesman for the Defence Department could not give details about what the new armoury will look like when contacted late Saturday.
